[util] Duct Cleaning

In Support of the Heart & Vascular Project we will be shutting down ventilation air supply to the following floors in order to clean the system in University Hospital.

Areas that will be impacted are as follows, Floors: 4 south, 5 south & 6 south.  The area north of stair tower 6 which is located in the center of the hallway.

This cleaning will take place on Friday, April 23rd starting at 4 P.M. (1600 hrs) and will last approximately 8 hours.
