[util] Perimeter Radiant Heating Shutdown Notice / Friday, April 30th / 6:00 AM

In support of Heart & Vascular Project on 6th floor south we will need to shut down the perimeter radiant heating serving new data room located in room 6716A to complete piping removals.
The UH South Wing will be impacted, including the following floors: basement, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

The shutdown will occur April 30, 2021 starting at 0600 hours with and expected duration of 6 hours.
