[util] Shutdown for reheat 6 West.

Due to the contractor not being ready there is a need to push the shutdown originally scheduled for Tuesday 8/10/21 to Wednesday 8/11/21 please excuse any inconvenience this may cause. TY

In support of Heart & Vascular Project we will be shutting down HW Reheat pipe running through 6 West to relocate mains.

Time of shutdown will commence at 0600 on Wednesday 8/11/21 and take approximately an 8 hr. duration.

Affected area for the shutdown will be all of 6 west Heart & Vascular new and existing as well as waiting area (6140) & office (6143) served by 6-3 AHU.
