[util] Primex Clocks not Working

This morning we were made aware of an issue with the Primex clocks in patient care areas not working correctly. In order to fix this problem we need to unplug the clock and plug it back in.

Physical Plant staff are doing a walk thru checking clocks in other departments that may have been affected by last night's storm.
