[util] Green Elevators (#9/#10/#11) Shutdown Notice / Friday, April 2nd / 3:30 AM - 5:30 AM

As part of the completion of the modernization of the Green Elevators we must temporally remove all three Green Elevators 9, 10 and 11 from service 3:30 AM to 5:30 AM on Friday April 2, 2021 for the safety of the elevator mechanics.

Please note that only the Green Elevators will be affected during the temporary outage
