[util] UPDATED Emergency Domestic Hot Water Shutdown Notice / Friday, April 29th / Starting at 9:30 PM

**UPDATED**
Due to emergent repairs there will be a hot water shutdown starting at 9:30 PM tomorrow (Friday, April 29th) to replace valves and install new pumps.
Areas affected are hot water in the North, West and South Wings of the hospital. The shutdown is expected to last 8 hours.
There will be NO hot water in the Hospital North, West, and South Wings, there WILL be cold water.
Disinfection and flushing will be accomplished after repairs.
