[util] P-Tube Maintenance Notice / Monday, May 2, 2022 through Friday, May 6, 2022

Starting Monday, May 2, 2022 through Friday, May 6, 2022, we will be conducting P-Tube maintenance. During this time there will be areas in the Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, and Cancer Center where the P-Tube system will be down in order to conduct work safely.

Volunteers in Express are available to assist when the p-tube is down. To reach Express, dial 45182 or call “Volunteer Express” on Vocera. Express is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.



An overhead page will be heard at the start of the shutdown and once work is complete. This what you can expect
*         Wednesday May 4th from 8-11 am the entire system will be down to allow for a software upgrade. An overhead page will be heard at the beginning of the outage and once work is complete.


●      Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 11 am- During this time there will be areas in the Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, and Cancer Center where the P-Tube system will be down in order to conduct work safely.

●      Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm- Work on individual P-Tube stations will be conducted. During this time the only impacts will be at the station being worked on, all other areas will be operational





Campus buildings will not be affected by this repair work.
