[util] Hill-Rom Upgrade Update.

Nurse call testing will resume this morning for the following areas:  Nuclear Medicine, AP1, ODS, 3N and 5C. Other areas may require some additional testing once we receive the status report from Hill-Rom.

Code Blue Testing will be delayed until system is in place to avoid unnecessary responses from the Code teams. We will begin collecting the tap bells this morning.
