[util] Hill-Rom Upgrade Update.

We have completed the nurse call and code blue verification testing for today.

Everything is certified with the exception of the following code blue components:

11G ED Fast track
8F
9F

These devices functioned properly when tested today, however were not listed on the final certification report from Hill-Rom.

We will reconvene tomorrow with the Vocera code team to  prevent codes from getting sent to the teams during this last phase of testing.

We would like to continue at 9 am tomorrow, Thursday the 15th to complete the certification.
