[util] Notice of shutdown / Thursday, March 31st / Starting at 8:00 PM

In consideration of Heart & Vascular Project (#1232) we will be shutting down general return duct for 6th, 5th, 4th & 3rd  floor South to modify 8 feet of duct.

The time of the shutdown will be 2000 hrs. and will last approximately 6 hours on Thursday evening 3/31/22

The affected area for the shutdown will be from stair 6 on 5th floor North to door before Main lobby corridor.
