[util] Thursday, 27 October 2022 - Hot and Cold Water Shutdown

On Thursday, October 27 there will be a cold and hot water shutdown which will effect rooms 8128, 8126, 7122, 7120, 6128, 6126, 5128, 5126, 4128, 4126, 2119, 2117, 2116, 2113, and 2111.

The shutdown will begin at 04:00 and water will be turned back on at approximately 07:00 on 10/27/2022.
