[util] Cancer Center Hot Water Shutdown.

Physical Plant is planning a shutdown of Domestic Hot water in the Cancer Center on 1/5/23 to make some much needed improvements to this system. The shutdown will be from 18:00 to 21:00 and the building will still have cold water. Any questions or concerns please call me.
