[util] 6W Plumbing shutdown

Please read the attached memo regarding 6W planned plumbing shutdown.

To facilitate plumbing work for the 6W project, the contractor needs to shut down plumbing for the two rooms listed to complete the work. The affected rooms will be blocked off during the duration of the task.
Staff in the area has already been updated by the contractor.
