[util] UH North & South wing heating

Physical Plant HVAC is performing a steam shutdown for emergent repairs that will affect the North and South wing heating, sterilization and domestic hot water.



This work will take place tonight from 0000-0200.  HVAC will inform 3N operation room, animal care and nursing administration at the start and completion of the shutdown.



HVAC will be able to make adjustments to fan controls to minimize major temperature issues.
