P-TUBE INTERUPTION NOTICE FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, EAST WING, EAST TOWER, CANCER CENTER and Nappi

 TO:                        All Departments with Space in University Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi
SUBJECT:           P-Tube Interruption Notice for University Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi

Today’s DATE:  10-24-25
Starting Monday, November 10th, 2025, through Friday, November 14th, 2025, we will be conducting P-Tube maintenance.  During this time there will be areas in the Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi when the P-Tube system will be down to conduct work safely.
Volunteers in Express are available to assist when the P-tube is down. To reach Express, dial 45182 or call “Volunteer Express” on Vocera. Express is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.

An overhead page will be heard at the start of the shutdown and once work is complete. This is what you can expect
●      Monday 11/10 to Friday 11/14 from 6:00 am to 11 am- During this time there will be areas in the Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi when the P-Tube system will be down to conduct work safely.
●      Monday 11/10 to Friday11/14 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm- Work on individual P-Tube stations will be conducted. During this time the only impacts will be at the station being worked on, all other areas will be operational

Campus buildings will not be affected by this repair work.
