[UndocTaskForce] Undocumented Task Force - Updates

Hi everyone, and happy new year!

With the active work of the undocumented task force winding down, I would like to schedule a meeting to hear from the students and other stakeholders about what support they will need going forward. In the past two years, the task force successfully initiated a partnership with a loan program and encouraged the creation of the Immigrant Student Advisor role (now filled by Sharon Huard and Danielle Emeny, cc’d!). Even so, the task force will continue to exist to respond to student needs as they arise.

Additionally, in response to student requests that we disseminate the work we have done here at Upstate, I have drafted the attached write-up, which I hope to submit to a journal in the coming months. Please review the draft and let me know if you have any questions or comments! I would love to hear feedback on this draft when we meet.
