[util] Normal Power outage for WHA 4th floor

In continuing support of the WHA power upgrade project ---


On Friday July 10th the electrical contractor will need to shut down the Normal power on the 4th floor of WHA to change out the existing panels with new panels which will have the existing branch circuits updated later. The panels are S3D, S3E, S3F.  It is expected to begin around 6:30 and last approximately 8 hours.

There will be no normal power to equipment that requires Brown outlets that are labeled (S4D,E,or F).  They will have to be plugged into Red outlets if they need power.

The following rooms will be affected: Plugs P&P, 4303, Faculty Office, 4301, North ,South, East & West walls, 4297, 4299, Siemens Transformer, Outlets Lab.  This outage will be coordinated with customers to minimize the impact
