[util] Normal Power outage for WHA 3rd floor

In continuing support of the WHA power upgrade project....


On Thursday  July 9th the electrical contractor will need to shut down the Normal power on the 3rd floor of WHA to change out the existing panels with new panels which will have the existing branch circuits updated later. The panels are S3D, S3E, S3F.  It is expected to begin around 6:30 and last approximately 8 hours.

There will be no normal power to equipment that requires Brown outlets that are labeled (S3D,E,or F).  They will have to be plugged into Red outlets if they need power.


The following rooms will be affected: 3301, 3303, 3297, 3305, 3297, 3299, 3297, 3295, Siemens Transformer, 3289 and 3291. This outage will be coordinated with customers to minimize the impact.
