[util] Shutdown 3/25, 3/26 ,3/31,4/1 and 4/2 for WHA Areas

"As part of the abatement project the contractor must have electric panels cleaned before doing any work in the panels.  We are scheduling work on 2 floors at the same time starting at 6 AM finishing by 7 AM to minimize impact on staff and students."

The E panels will be done first so that the floor being worked on will not be without any lights at any time.
The L panels control building lighting.

The panels will be off for about an (1) hour
Each day involves two (2) floors, one hour to do two (2) floors.  We will have two crews working.  Five (5) day are being scheduled: 3/25/26, 3/26/25, 3/31/26, 4/1/26, 4/2/26



On 3/25/26 the contractor will be shutting off power to panels: HBM, H1M, LB, L1,  EB & E1
The H panels control heat registers in WHA elevator lobbies & stairwells. The panels will be off for about an (1) hour
The L panels control building lighting.
The E panels control EM power (exit lights and Emergency lighting.  No emergency power (outlets) will be affected in any room

On 3/26/26 the contractor will be shutting off power to panels:  H2M, H3M, L2, L3,  E2 & E3
The H panels control heat registers in WHA elevator lobbies & stairwells. The panels will be off for about an (1) hour
The L panels control building lighting.
The E panels control EM power (exit lights and Emergency lighting.  No emergency power(outlets) will be affected in any room

On 3/31/26 the contractor will be shutting off power to panels:  H4M, H5M, L4, L5,  E4 & E5
The H panels control heat registers in WHA elevator lobbies & stairwells. The panels will be off for about an (1) hour
The L panels control building lighting.
The E panels control EM power (exit lights and Emergency lighting.  No emergency power (outlets) will be affected in any room

On 4/1/26 the contractor will be shutting off power to panels:  H6M, H7M, L6, L7,  E6 & E7
The H panels control heat registers in WHA elevator lobbies & stairwells. The panels will be off for about an (1) hour
The L panels control building lighting.
The E panels control EM power (exit lights and Emergency lighting.  No emergency power (outlets) will be affected in any room
