[board-unyoc] WA site contact info

Hi all
My only (small) concern is that public facing emails tend to be picked up and used for spam. So if you can mask the email somehow, e.g. using [at] instead of @, my inbox would thank you.
Otherwise, I think its fine to have our contact information on the UNYOC website, or in the very least, the insititution we work at so we can be easily searched for online.

Hi everyone,

Beth Mamo brought to my attention that we don't currently have an obvious way to contact anyone except her on the new site. Previously, most if not all Chapter Officers had contact information listed on the directory page. I could do the same with WA by changing each Officer's privacy settings per their preferences, but maybe having a specific Contact Us page for the "public face" of UNYOC would be valuable. Does anyone else agree?

I'm envisioning something with a few names for specific roles that might interact with the public (ex. For conference info email here, for member info email here, for site info email here, etc). I *could* make it only accessible to members, but then potential members or vendors who do not have a WA account will not be able to find it. If we did make that page, whose name(s)/information should be on it? Please let me know your thoughts!
