Workflow Limitations During the Transparent Epic Maintenance Lockdown:

Upstate will be having the transparent lockdown period at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 6th, 2025, through Sunday Morning, June 8th, 2025.  During this time, you will NOT be able to make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows. Epic Maintenance Downtime on Sunday, June 8th, 2025:

The Epic Production System will be taken offline on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 4:00 AM until 6:00 AM as it is upgraded to the latest Epic version.  The Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available during this time.  Managers are reminded to print their downtime forms if they have not already done so.
