Transition to Beaker Lab Information System is Complete.  Lab orders may now be performed in Epic.
Sunquest Blood Bank downtime is still in progress: Follow downtime procedures for Blood Orders.

Please remember that new Epic lab collection workflows have been implemented, and Laboratory personnel are currently learning the new system. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated during this transition.

Requests from the Laboratory:

  *   Please order only the necessary morning labs.
  *   Be judicious with phone calls to the lab to help manage workflow efficiently.

  *   Nursing Super Users: at least one super user is scheduled for most shifts for the first 5 days of go live per unit
