[epicproviders] Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT) Order Set

Inpatient & ED Providers

Effective May 26, 2021:  For admitted patients with a confirmed Pulmonary Embolism there is a new order set Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT).  The order set allows a provider to quickly place orders including a MICU Consult order.  Once ordered, the MICU Fellow should be contacted and will complete the PERT Assessment.
