[epicproviders] Vagus Nerve Stimulator - MRI Orders

Effective May 26th, 2021: MRI Orders will now ask if a patient has a Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) as an additional safety measure.  The order will also have a list of any documented active implants in the patient's chart.
