[epicproviders] New - Future Appointments in the Navigators

Inpatient Providers

Effective May 26th, 2021: There is a new section in many navigators called Future Appointments showing patient appointments scheduled at any Upstate Facility.  Adding the section will alleviate duplication of information on the Patient's AVS and provide a complete picture for providers of patient's appointments post-discharge.
