[epicproviders] Effective 8/28/2025: Updated Extubation Orders Now Include Oxygen

Emergency & Inpatient Providers

Effective Thursday August 28, 2025: Extubation Orders are updated to include Oxygen orders. This change will be for Emergency and Inpatient Providers. The orders include hardstop for required details and will create an effective and efficient workflow.
