[epicproviders] Effective 10/18/2025: Reduce Note Bloat with Hover Bubble Smartlinks

Effective with the 2025 Fall Upgrade on Saturday October 18th: In an effort to keep notes shorter and easier to review, some SmartLinks containing the patient's medications, allergies, problems, and history information now appear as a short summary with a [...] icon indicating to hover to view the details.

This topic was initially introduced in a previous email with Upgrade training slides, but we'd like to take a moment to highlight a few additional training points that complement this update.
