Introducing Upstate Nursing’s Social Media Ambassador Program

The SMA program is a group of RNs from various departments at Upstate who help facilitate photo and video content to share on Upstate Nursing social media! The program is managed by Morgan Gaffney, Nursing Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator. This program is out of the Nursing Recruitment department.



Involvement in the program varies based on two tiers.

What to include on your board & how to enter:

Designate a bulletin board on your unit for Magnet information
  2.
Include "The Big 3"

RN engagement survey results
     *
Nursing sensitive indicators
     *
Patient experience results
  3.
Design a board that is informative, create & highlights your unit
  4.
Have FUN! Ask your managers & coworkers for help showcasing your unit
  5.
Submit a photo of your board & unit for Alissa Padilla via email, padillal at upstate.edu
