*Hi All,*
Less than a month until we go-live with our virtual conference, so here is
what we have *to do*:
1. Finalize vendor participation and time slots for presentations; update
schedule accordingly - Jennifer and Mary Jo
2. Final confirmations with speakers and presenters - Beth and Mary Jo and
Liz
3. Set tech practice hours and communicate that option to speakers,
presenters and vendors - Sarah H, Communications Team [Tech office hours:
10/1  1-4 pm  10/2 10A-2P  10/3 10A-2P]
4. Set up introductions for speakers, vendors, presenters - ALL
5. Determine best way to facilitate vendor-member interaction virtually -
ALL
6. Set up polling questions for zoom business meetings and send info to
Sarah H to prepare - Beth and Abby
Those *six* items need to be addressed *asap*, and will be on our agenda
for our planning meeting on *Friday, September 19 at 10 AM*.  Zoom link
will be forthcoming. Be prepared to jump in and help!

   - Once we complete confirmations and the schedule is finalized, post to
   website and send out a communication to everyone - Michael L,
   Communications Team

I would also like to set up another planing committee meeting before the
conference. Are you all available* Tuesday 9/30 or Wednesday 10/1*?
This will be for a *walk-through of the schedule* to make sure everyone
knows how it should play out over the three days, and for any final
questions/thoughts.
