Good afternoon, Executive Committee!

As announced at the conference, our update meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, from 1:00 - 2:30 on Zoom. I have attached the Outlook invite and the draft agenda to this email and have also copied the Zoom link and agenda below.

At the beginning of the meeting, I am inviting the general membership to attend. We still have several vacancies on the board - Member-at-Large from Ontario and a Vice Chair for the Conference Planning Committee, just to name a few - and I would like to use that time with the membership to share the different roles we play on the committee and answer questions from members who might be interested in joining us in one of the elected or appointed positions. I will send out the invitation to the general membership tomorrow on the listserv and have it shared on the website. If you have colleagues who might be interested in getting more involved with UNYOC please encourage them to attend!
